This applies to NervLink and its connected Meta app, Nerva.
- Email henry.nervaos@gmail.com with the subject “NervLink data deletion request”.
- Include the business or workspace name and the phone number or email associated with your record.
- Say whether you want your account, conversation or enquiry information deleted. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents with the initial request.
We may need proportionate verification and, for customer records, instructions from the business that controls them. We will explain the outcome and any legal, backup or technical limits. Deletion is handled through this request process, not an instant self-service button. Revoking a Meta or Google connection does not automatically delete existing records.

- Sertakan nama perniagaan atau ruang kerja serta nombor telefon atau e-mel yang dikaitkan dengan rekod anda.
- Nyatakan sama ada anda mahu memadamkan akaun, perbualan atau maklumat pertanyaan. Jangan hantar kata laluan, token akses atau dokumen pengenalan dalam permintaan awal.
Kami mungkin memerlukan pengesahan yang berkadar dan, bagi rekod pelanggan, arahan daripada perniagaan yang mengawalnya. Kami akan menjelaskan hasil serta batasan undang-undang, sandaran atau teknikal. Pemadaman dibuat melalui proses permintaan ini, bukan butang layan diri serta-merta. Pembatalan sambungan Meta atau Google tidak memadamkan rekod sedia ada secara automatik.
